Shipping & Returns


Please note that our Next Day delivery services exclude Weekends and Bank Holidays.

All orders placed before 2pm will shipped from our warehouse the same day.

Please check your choice of delivery for estimated delivery times upon checkout.

On the rare occasion the delivery of an order exceeds 14 days the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order. 




Returning An Item


You are entitled to cancel your order provided you advise us in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to us within a further 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your order and must be in original unused condition, including packaging. Remember to obtain proof of postage or send the item back with Tracking/Signed postage to cover the value of the goods. We are not responsible for items sent back if no proof of delivery can be provided.

Products with Security Seals broken, or Toilet Seats with plastic hygiene wrappers removed cannot be returned.

Log on to your account, view your completed orders and select ‘Return Item’ option.

We will give a full refund for goods returned to us under this policy except where non-standard Premium delivery has been requested, in which case the additional cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund or to refuse any refund if the goods are not returned in original unused condition, including packaging, instructions and all fittings.  If you cancel your order before we have dispatched the goods, we will give you a full refund. All refunds will be made to the payment method used when you placed the order.
