Returning An Item

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods by notifying us in writing. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging. Be sure to obtain proof of postage or use Tracking/Signed postage to cover the value of the goods.

Products with broken Security Seals or Toilet Seats with removed hygiene wrappers cannot be returned.

Log into your account, view your completed orders, and select the ‘Return Item’ option.

We’ll provide a full refund for items returned under this policy, except where non-standard Premium delivery has been chosen, in which case the extra cost will be deducted. We reserve the right to reduce the refund or refuse it entirely if the items aren’t returned in their original unused condition, including packaging and fittings.

If you cancel your order before it’s been dispatched, you’ll receive a full refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

At FixTheBog, we know that when it comes to plumbing and heating, fast and reliable delivery is a must! That’s why we go the extra mile to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely.

Here’s how we make it happen:

  • Place your order before noon for DHL and 2pm for all other postage options, and we’ll ship it out the same day!
  • Need it faster? No problem! you can select this option at checkout for next-day delivery (weekdays only).

 A few things to keep in mind when selecting a postage option-

  • Our next-day delivery doesn’t include weekends or bank holidays.
  • Special Delivery options:
    • Guaranteed before 9AM (signature required)
    • Guaranteed before 1PM (signature required)

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - This is not a guaranteed next day service, however Royal Mail state this will delivered in 1-2 working days.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked - This service by Royal Mail is aimed to be delivered within 2 -4 working days

PLEASE NOTE THE ONLY GUARANTEED NEXT DAY SERVICE IS ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY AND DHL. (WEEK DAYS ONLY)

If, for any reason, your delivery exceeds 14 days, we’ll keep you updated and offer the option to cancel your order if needed.
