Returning an Item


We have endeavoured to make our returns process as hassle free as possible for you.

To return an item that you have purchased through the website, you will need to raise a return request. To do this please log into your FixTheBog account (this account would have been automatically created for you at checkout but you may find you need to select ‘forgot password’ in order to gain access)

  • Once logged in to your account please click on ‘completed’ orders, you will then be able to select the return Item(s) option. 
    Please select the quantity of each item you wish to return followed by a reason for your return.

    Once you have dispatched your return back to us and we have received your return at our premises, we will check it and issue a refund if everything is in order.
