Installation & Fitting Advice
Isolate the hot and cold water supplies before starting. Remove the index cap underneath the lever, loosen the grub screw using a 3mm hex key, lift off the handle, and unscrew the decorative chrome shroud. Unscrew the brass retaining collar to release the old cartridge. When inserting the new 46580000 cartridge, check that the two locating pins on the base align firmly with the matching locator holes inside the tap body before torquing down the retaining nut. Do not overtighten the brass collar, as excessive torque compresses the ceramic discs and causes stiff operation.
