Genuine Ideal Standard Soft Close Top Fix Hinges
The Ideal Standard T679901 is the authentic factory replacement soft-close toilet seat and cover engineered exclusively for the Tempo Short Projection WC range. Molded from hard-wearing, scratch-resistant Duroplast plastic in high-gloss alpine white, it matches the exact curvature and compact dimensions of your Tempo compact pan. Featuring an integrated hydraulic damping mechanism, both the ring and lid close quietly and smoothly to eliminate loud slamming and reduce hinge stress.

- Durable & Hygienic Duroplast: Highly resistant to staining, chemical degradation, UV discolouration, and day-to-day household use.
Installation & Ordering Note
Top-Fixing Hardware Included: Complete with heavy-duty top-fixing hinge posts and expansion fittings. No underneath access behind the pan is required, making it ideal for fitted furniture and tight cloakrooms.
Confirm Pan Dimensions: This seat is shorter than standard replacement seats. Please verify that your bowl is the short projection version (T3287) before ordering to avoid size mismatches.
