Installation & Compatibility Guidance
Engineered universally for bottom-entry toilet cisterns where the cold water supply pipe enters through a hole in the bottom of the tank (compatible with close-coupled, low-level, back-to-wall, and concealed furniture units). Standard UK 1/2" BSP thread measures approximately 20.9mm outer diameter to connect with standard tap connectors. Not suitable for side-entry cisterns. Always flush supply pipework clear of debris before connecting the brass shank to preserve the internal mesh filter.
