The Hozelock Aquasolo Small Pack of 4 is a simple solution for watering pots around the home. The ceramic cones form a re-usable reservoir which allows a slow release of water into the compost directly to the plants roots. The cones are compatible with most standard bottles from 0.5-2 litres, and are connected to the cones with a plastic screw adapter. To use the Aquasolo, fill the bottle with tap water, adding liquid feed if needed, then screw the cone onto the bottle. Pierce a hole into the base of the bottle to ensure a flow of water, then insert the cone into the plant pot. The Small Aquasolo is suitable for plant pots with a diameter of less than 25cm, containing a single plant, and can keep the plant watered for up to 28 days. Perfect for pots in the home, office and greenhouse, as well as outdoors. To ensure optimum performance of the Aquasolo, it is recommended to remove the cone every few months and soak in a vinegar solution, brush and rinse in clean water.
