Mixing valves are designed to eliminate the risk of scalding

Temperature pre-set to 43oC, but easily adjustable on site

Suitable for single application installations such as sinks, wash basins, bath, bidets, single point showers, hair wash sprays and domestic hot water systems

Complies with NHS Model Engineering Specification DO8

Part G Section G3 of the building Regulations 2000 amended April 2010 now makes the fitting of these valves mandatory in New Build properties for bath fill applications
