The Banico ZV1 is a robust 2-port motorised zone valve with 22 mm compression ends for heating and hot-water circuits. It’s a direct replacement for Honeywell V4043H1080 / V4043H1056 and is commonly used in place of Tower and Horstmann equivalents. Reliable spring-return action, a handy manual override, and an auxiliary end switch make installation and servicing straightforward.

Application: Designed for domestic, commercial and light-industrial systems. When correctly wired with room and cylinder thermostats and a programmer, the ZV1 controls water flow from the boiler to hot water and central heating zones (ideal for S-plan layouts).
Mounting & Compatibility
Install vertically or horizontally. Do not mount with the actuator head below the pipework (to prevent moisture ingress).
Important: This is a 2-port zone valve. If you are replacing a 3-port mid-position valve (e.g. Honeywell V4073A), choose the correct 3-port model instead.
