The Banico H-ZVM 3-Port Motorised Zone Valve Head is a versatile and cost-effective direct replacement for a range of Honeywell, Tower and Horstmann models. Designed for 22 mm and 28 mm 3-port valves, this actuator fits directly onto existing valve bodies, saving the need for costly plumbing work.

Installation guidance: When fitting the H-ZVM, move the manual lever slowly and gently into manual mode to avoid slipping the internal gears. The actuator should fit flush with the valve body – small alignment adjustments may be needed during installation. Honeywell valves made before 1987 require conversion kit 40003918-007.
