We are open as usual, but have revised our working practices in the COVID-19 pandemic and are strictly following the Government's guidelines; we're in a safe position to continue to supply Toilet spares to those who need them most. We will, of course, continue to update our processes in line with the Government's guidelines.
All our customer service staff are working from home, meaning that our phone lines are redirecting to voice Mail. We are still contactable via our live chat to answer any queries.

We are continuing to take orders via our website 24/7. We want to assure you that while some of our suppliers are in isolation during this time, we are maximising the use of our extensive portfolio of suppliers to exhaust all possible avenues, ensuring we can still fulfil any orders.
We are currently shipping orders Monday to Friday in 3 shifts to abide by Government advice, and the team is working at a minimum of 2 metres apart. Employees' working times have been altered to ensure there is no crossover.
We do not allow any collections from our site to ensure the safety of our warehouse staff.
